Handling food and ingredients requires special care, and some very clever technology. Mondelez is a multinational confectionery, food and beverage company, who understands how important it is to have the right equipment in place throughout their plants.

When Mondalez was looking for an improved way to carry lactose and chocloate powders they  approached Aurora who specified a Floveyor system.

“It’s been a good experience, all round,” says Bruce McAllister. “Aurora gave us excellent design input. And the project ran on time and on budget.”

“It was great to deal with just one person as a point of contact. We installed the system and they checked it,” Bruce explains.

Mondelez is now able to work with a new recipe that utilises lactose, or natural sugar, an almost impossible challenge to manage manually. But with the help of  Aurora and the Floveyer, the system is now running smoothly – just like chocolate should!
